Food was great. But the worst service. From arriving to we left. We booked a reservation for a group of ten. When we arrived all we got was attitude . We waited about 30 minutes for our table. Which is not a problem, but not once did the staff say anything to us and walking us to the table was almost a bother. It was prime rib Tuesday, so most of us knew what we wanted. So it was an easy table to take an order for. Once our food was delivered , we never saw any staff. A few of us ordered drinks with dinner , but never got them. As for the check, the waiter just dropped it off and did not say a word. A few of us make it to Palm Springs 2 to 3 times a year, and always make it a point to go to TRIO. This might be our last time attending . As for the kitchen staff, you are incredible . Food is always fantastic. Thank you, you made the night.

They have a changing table! Family friendly and we usually ask for Humberto (he's the sweetest) but we got Justin and he warmed up as the dinner progressed. The Trio label cab was so good! There is no room for strollers so be careful.

Dined two nights in a row, ladies in the front were awesome both evenings. Servers both nights were less then adequate, the reason for a lower rating. Our bus boys were awesome very attentive. However must say both evenings appetizers and meals were delicious. If the servers were as good as everything else would have given a 5 for sure

We often go to Trio for their 3 course dinner. The photos are of the restaurant after the horrible fire. As you can see it still is a great place. I absolutely believe their beet salad is the best in the Coachella valley. The wine selection is amazing and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Great martinis as well. Get there early if you don't have reservations on the weekend.

Having just moved here, I can see why Trio has been around for 8 years. The happy hour crowd was in full swing upon arrival but luck brought a table in the corner bar area. Cocktails started off the meal right and the 19.99 three course meal sealed our fate for the evening. The beet salad was nice and earthy while the vegetarian, mushroom linguini put my taste buds, and stomach, in over drive. The bread pudding and coffee finished off along side the superb service with an exclamation point. By the time we finished, the bar was dim, the music was lower and the crowd had moved on, but we were fine with that because we walked out with a satisfied smile knowing we’d definitely be back.
