Very predictable menu and speedy service of course. Great when on the road and trying to keep a schedule. After paying for my meal and receiving my change, I noticed my change included a $20 bill, when my meal was less than $10 and I gave the cashier a $20 in the first place. I stopped my exit from the counter and returned to note the overpayment in change. The cashier thanked me and gave me the proper bill in exchange. After walking away heading to my table to wait for my name to be called, the cashier tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I would like a complimentary Frosty for my honesty. Of course I could not turn that down. So it does pay to be honest folks. Karma has long arms and an infallible memory.

By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Twice now Ive only ordered chicken strips with BBQ sauce. That's it, no combo. It took each time 15 minutes. The second time, they even forgot my BBQ sauce. You have a cashier preparing the food and being on the register. Seriously? That's extremely inefficient and does nothing for us customers but make us wait much longer.

I think Khal is a great manager and he puts those kids to work! They do a fine job! Service is always great, customer service is polite and friendly and quick, food is always hot, when I get fries they're fresh and I love it when I come here.

I picked Wendy's over McDonald's because their food doesn't mess with my husband's digestive system, no instant bathroom trip. Wendy's food is fresher and less processed. I just wish there were as many of them as there were the other guys.

Wendy's gives the best 4 for 5 meal I know. Love the choices and the hot fries. Crispy chicken a fav.
