We stop by this Vacaville Denny's fairly often, after flying at the Nut Tree Airport. We happen to go after the lunch crowd but before the dinner crowd, so there are always open booths. The service in the mid afternoon hours is excellent. It doesn't seem like there are very many employees around, but the ones on duty give excellent service! Food is fresh and dependable.

Our family and I have been several times to this location. I am sorry but our last several visits have been terrible. Given it might not be any one person's fault. Our experiences include floaties in our water. Very delayed service with our food while our neighbors that sit after us are served. Food is cold when it comes and their ability to be attentive of the customers needs seem to always be lacking. I love giving great reviews given we've been a half a dozen times to this location... we keep giving them a chance. I have to admit I'm quite disappointed. At this point will probably never go back to this Denny's. Not to mention 2 out of these half-a-dozen terrible experiences I watched the staff not wash their hands not once while dealing with the food and exchanging with cleaning tables and handling money and menus. On one occasion I watched a cook touch his face several times as he returned his hands to dealing with the food. Just not the kind of service that we should be paying for.

Arrived on early hours ... Staff was alert and I was met with SMILES ... Not bad for 4:30am. Coffee was excellent, as were the eggs, etc. DENNY'S is hard to beat for breakfast. I always plan on this chain for meals when traveling, and I am rarely disappointed. nted. 👌😎

Danny's stepped it up. At least at this one. Much cleaner. Food is better quality and amount of serving. Prices are low. Good breakfast or lunch place for me and the kids.
