It's been a while since I been to this placed, it use to be so busy, first sign that something was wrong that th there was only a hand full of people in the place . Put it to you this way is that am glad I went straight home. Had to use the restroom right away. Had not eaten any thing all day until this place. The food use to be so good. Don't know what happen. Looks like just young kids work in the place. But in all won't be coming back to this place.

2 star's simply, because my kid likes the Pho' This place needs to work on their customer service etiquette; in person and over the phone. When asked a question "Mmhmm" over the phone (and/or in person) is not an answer, it's "Yes or No" and when someone is done with a call might want to try "thank you and/or have a good day." The owner needs to do an evaluation of his/her employees. This place has potential, but some of its employees are rude and need to go elsewhere with their attitudes. Thank you to those few with customer service.

I have tried many of their soups and today I had the tonkatsu ramen, the flavor is ok, they could improve it by adding a few ingredients to the stock and remove some from the plate. I recommend less eggshells in the stock and make the bonito and kombu stock before anything else. When you serve it I think it should have less beensrpouts.

They couldn’t break $100 must be doing pretty bad. Went again the next day...just to order edamame togo... they only charged me for one when I actually ordered two . I paid for and ordered the last one. They took more than 5 min even though there was a stack on the counter. Eventually I just left without my second order. These people are time thieves.

#6 the lemongrass and coconut soup is what I'm here for 😋 But I like to substitute the shrimp for bbq pork. Also I like to go next door and grab a few Cajun shrimp and dumping them in my soup "finger licking good" 😉👌
