I was craving Chinese food and found this place on Google with really good reviews so my bf and I decided to try it. We loved it! The food is delicious and the server was super amiable. It gets pretty busy so there's a bit of a wait, but the wait is definitely worth it. I really reccomend this place.

Food and service is excellent. Change of ownership didn't impact taste or staff. Restaurant parking is tiny, be prepared to park in the neighborhood. Wait time to be seated can be very long, 30+ mins. Big portions, low table count, and lack of tables for 2 can quickly create a queue.

The Very Best Chinese/Cantonese food in the southeast area of Los Angeles, period! 2 thumbs up on the quality of food and service. Just superb…

I met a friend there since he recommend the place. The service was quick and the place was clean. However the food was fairly tasteless. The prices were good the service was a little slow once we place the order. My friend enjoy his meal. But I found the food to be a little Bland. The drinks were by the can which I do not appreciate. The food brought out to me was little cold. But the atmosphere and everything was very upbeat. Overall a 4 out of a possible 5. If the food would have been of Greater quality it would have definitely gotten a 5 star rating.

I've been going to Peking for years but yesterday was the absolute worse. One they kept bringing our food out separately in 5 minute increments so the food is cold by the time its all there. Then I finally start eating and there is a hair cooked into my hot garlic shrimp. At that point I didn't bother with the rest of the meal. The waitress did apologize and say they were swamped so they did not charge for the shrimp. Food is good but that experience has changed my perspective on Peking.
