I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times. The service is always terrible. Today I had an empty beer at the bar for over 20 minutes, then had to ask for a refill the next time the bartender rolled around. The staff are always standing in front of the kitchen chatting and having a good time while my drink is empty or I need something to eat with. The food is very inconsistent. I get the same dish every time I go, and it usually tastes better at lunch time. The calamari is very delicious, but last time I was there I got a significantly smaller portion than usual. I did see staff cleaning today during our meal, which is great to see. All in all, this restaurant needs to get consistency in their food preparation and the servers need more training so they are able to be attentive to their tables. I’ve never had a good server at this restaurant, not even once. This is the difference between a restaurant staying open and closing their doors for good!! Listen to your customers!!

Half of the restaurant is empty but we're still waiting to be seated. 1 star for the food because I know its good, but so far the service is not doing it. Have to add, they need a new hostess, the young lady they have right now is literally dragging herself. We've been here an hour and we're still waiting for our food.

Waited over 2 hrs to be seated, then waited another 2 hrs for our food. The server didn't pay attention to us and when ask why it was taking so long he just said the food was cooking. I will never be back to this place and I will make sure to tell everyone i know how bad the service is.

On 3/9/3018 me and my family where celebrating my husband 56 birthday, the wait was 45 minutes in the dining area so we decided to seat in the bar area an from there the sevice was horrible from beginning to end. It took 15 minutes for drinks 30 minutes for appetizers 1 hour for dinner that Came to the table cold an hair in the plate. The waiters did not bring us bread with garlic oil we had to ask several waiters, that said ok I will be right back that never came back. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The service was below zero stars. Management did not represent the restaurant well. Sincerely Deborah
