I went to Benihana for my birthday(which is today 😄) and the food was great. The only thing that could improve is the service. My family waited for about 30 minutes to be seated. I will admit that we were missing a guest so they told us to wait about 10 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes and we were getting impatient so I asked the nice gentlemen at the front "Can we be seated we will order for the last guest". He finally sat us down and we waited a whole HOUR for the chef. When the chef did arrive, he cooked our meals for about 20 minutes which was pretty fast for 9 different meals. I had a reservation for 8:15 and didn't eat until about 10:30. The service was quite slow and it needs improvement.

There were 3 of us this time celebrating a birthday. Service was excellent as always and Chef was very attentive. Food excellent and a shared appetizer was put it over the top. We had so much food left over we had enough for dinner the next night by adding a salad.

I haven't been to one is years, but it was really nice. I was told the one is Puente Hills is bigger and not so crowded. We have reservations for seven people and still had to wait for them to get ready. We went on a Saturday, it was very busy. The parking lot is in a shopping center. It took forever to get into the parking lot. They turning lane was backup for a block and half. If you decide to go on a Friday or Saturday, give yourself maybe 20 to 30 minutes to find parking.

This is great place very popular. From the start the hostess or very quick and polite, even tho they are dealing with a rush and a hundred people going in and out with parties of 20 or so people they still manage to help you with a great deal of gratitude. The waiters are great they at times have 3 or 4 tables of 12 people and still take care of everyone. The chefs are amazing the show they put on is definitely worth the visit all by itself and the food is great. Now the manager if you have the honor of meeting is great as well after meeting her I could see why this place was so busy and so amazing running like An Admiral's ship, tip top. But I highly recommend you make an appointment if your going to want to eat with the chefs shows. Overall great place.

Went to celebrate my birthday with my Kids. Was hoping for an amazing night. Had reservations for 8:15 arrived about 30 minutes earlier didnt get seated until 8:45. Once seated server promptly came over and greeted us and took drink and food orders. We were not assigned a chef and had to wait 25 to 30 minutes for a chief to become available. We were not offered silverware had to ask twice. Once we got a chief our server ditched us our food was done but there was no bowls for chef to serve food in. He had to ask 3 times for them. On 3rd request he had to ask a manager for it. We were then give take out silverware to dine with. I dont want to take away from our chef at q8 years old he way freaking AMAZING. The best part of the whole experience# Outstanding job Chef "K"
