The Beef Kebab was to die for :) It was sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection, medium rare just how I love my meat. So after a nice workout on a Thursday evening, a friend and I wanted to grab a bite to eat, we decided on The Diplomat since neither one of us had been there, my friend is a big fan of Mediterranean food and I have been hooked on hummus. Parking was a breeze, tons of street parking and if you can't find a spot there is lots of free parking lots in the area. We walked in and was immediately greeted and seated by the friendly staff. Within a couple minutes we were asked for our drink orders and if we were interested on any starter. We ordered the hummus and pita bread, kinda bummed but the hummus was definitely not my favorite, it also wasn't the worse. I felt it could of had more flavor. Shortly after we placed our order, the food did not take long to come out. I was so happy and very satisfied with my dish and so was my friend. Our food was very presentable, flavorful, and enjoyable! The staff was so awesome, they refilled our drinks without us asking, they asked us how everything was and if there was anything else we needed. The Diplomat is definitely a place I will be returning to, it's perfect for a date night, lunch or dinner with friends/family, or even just a drink and a bite to go. One of my favorites... wonderful food. Always clean. Always friendly, great service, comfortable and priced fairly. I really appreciate having such a quality Mediterranean restaurant near my house. I eat here almost every week for lunch or dinner. Try the lamb chops or the salmon

The food was good however it took FOREVER to come out. I came here as a group of 5 to celebrate my birthday on a Thursday and it just seemed like multiple tables of similar size that came after us got their food before us. By the time it did come out it was room temperature at best. What saved the night for me was that our server was friendly and checked on us frequently. I am hoping that we just went on an off night, I would try it again as the food was flavorful.

I've been to this place close to 10 times and I regret going on a Friday or Saturday evening every time. This place gets way too loud to enjoy the company of anyone you're with. I have enjoyed my time there only when I go for lunch or a weekday evening. Food is good. Drinks usually have an adequate amount of alcohol.

Great restaurant!!!! Really nice atmosphere. The garlic sauce is amazing. I got the beef kabobs its a filet so it melts in your mouth. My wife got the lamb which is amazing and the appetizer sampler was excellent.
