I love Flame Broiler but at this specific branch they do not wear gloves or wash their hands. Not something you want to see when going to get food

Visited the Duarte location. Gladys ran me up and she was super nice and helpful; she let me look at the ingredients list for all the sauces. It is a Vegan friendly fast food restaurant. Order a base of rice and/or veggies, and for the 'protein' order the crispy tofu (organic and non-gmo). Once you have your bowl, choose from any of their sauces, they are all vegan.

Food good but skimpy on portions. I am paying $7+ for a half-full bowl. That was my last order.

I like how their employee Paulina takes care of the customers and how she keeps everything clean

This was my first time coming to this location. Service was very good. The food came out very fast. I got a half & half and a drink. Chicken was fresh the beef was kinda dry. Rice was cooked well veggies were fresh. Bathroom needs work lots of graffiti on the walls. (Men's ). Store is very clean they have a big screen TV on . If the restroom was not full of graffiti and the beef was fresh I would have gave them a five stars. Still good place for a quick lunch. JB
