I'm told the food here is great, but to be honest it was just regular. I had a simple breakfast, 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, and a waffle. The service was average as well. But again I'm told the service and food is very good here. The family I was with would go nowhere else, even if it meant waiting a long time to be seated, which is what they expected, but we sat right down. All in all, I'd go back, but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends nor would it be the first place I think of. When asked "where should we eat?"

Only been for breakfast. Disappointed in quality of the bacon & pancakes. Plentiful coffee refills but the taste rather bland. However, found oatmeal excellent. Atmosphere good for meetings & conversation. Service very quick & efficient.

A Monrovia institution serving good old fashioned diner food with huge portions. Unfortunately, the restaurant has really begun to show it's age. Torn up booths, worn carpet and paint. A little TLC could do this restaurant a lot of good.

Step back in time at a hometown diner/restaurant serving vast assortment of breakfast dishes. The service is fast and friendly. Many locals come here regularly including families of all ages.

Just a nice place to eat, breakfast, lunch or dinner served all day. A nice full menu with many choices. Friendly staff. Been going there since the 1980's.
