Terrible terrible fried to death food. So disappointed. Chicken coating was way to thick and fried so hard it hurt my teeth. The shrimp were so overcooked I had to peel the crust off to see if there was a shrimp in there. The apple pie was cooked. Guess all they had to do was warm it. This was the first and absolutely the last time I go there. So very disappointed. The counter girl was nice.

Terrible service, super slow. Out of Mac and cheese in the middle of the day. No sorry even offered. Wouldn't accept their own store coupon. Employee walked right on shift, started working without washing her hands. I won't be back. The drive through was closed too. Super inconvenient.

The food is good, but going through the drive-thru, the place seems very poorly kept. The parking lot and drive-thru need a lot of attention. One time it was dark outside and nothing was lit up, making it difficult to drive and impossible to see the menu. We alerted the staff and they were able to turn it on. Overall the feel of the place is dingy and decrepit. Although tasty, the price of the food is a little high for the amount of food that you get. But I wouldn't mind the price if I felt better about where I was getting it from. Presentation means a lot, especially in Dublin, and I feel like they have a lot of work to do at this location.

If you like spicy meals, or food with condiments, this is for you! I like it! It's not for everyone though.
