This had to be the worst service/ food I've ever had. After a 1.5 hour wait and 50 wait for food my chicken tenders came mildly warm and with no sauces. The waiter disappeared for 25 minutes after the food came. When he finally came back he made an excuse about where he was. My food was taken back to be reheated. When it finale emerged it was so tasteless I sent it back. Congratulations, this is the first time I've ever sent food back at a restaurant. This will be my last time eating here. Not worth the price or wait time. They also didn't bring another member of my parties food at all.

This location has a nice little bar with a varied menu. It's not all super heavy anymore. They now have some lighter fare on their appetizer menu, which is better to please a diverse group. The staff is nice, but often overworked, especially during non traditional meal times, when they are slightly understaffed.

We had to wait quite a while for both a table and our food, despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. In all fairness, I must admit that the food was quite good. Still, I probably will not come back to this location because the service was so slow. I will be going to Cheesecake Factory in Walnut Creek henceforth.

It was our second experience in the cheesecake factory. Very tasty food and pleasant service. The cheesecake was also pretty nice. Would love to have a cheesecake factory in germany.

We've always enjoyed Cheesecake. Lots of food, great taste and good drinks. Today there must have been a shortage of servers. We had to ask for silverware 3 or 4 times. Our server went on break as soon as we placed our order and she didn't get them right. But the food arrived hot and again the taste was good. Maybe the beautiful weather brought more than the usual crowd out for lunch. We'll be back.
