Very nice hosting by the people. Nice and fast service. Neatly kept at excellent location. 1 start reduced for the fact that they removed "kids eat free" except on Tuesday. Advantage is it opens at 6 am to 12 am except on Friday and Saturday. Those days it is even better, it is 24 hours.

Food is really satisfying. I recommend the brunch combo(pancake, 2*medium fried eggs and hash brown) + blueberry crepes. The only thing that could be improved is table turnover rate - I've been there twice around lunchtime, both times we have to wait for at least 30 minutes or even more, but the tables are not always assigned as soon as they are ready.

Nice regular IHOP. Folks on the I-580 take the Dougherty Rd exit. Visited 5-6 times, no unpleasant experience so far, maybe a tad bit slow service (but not very), cordial staff. Folks who are regular at ihops need no introduction to the menu. For those who have never been at any location > This is a den of filling comfort dinner and lunch. Eggs everwhere, cheese all around. Pancakes, as many you want (not sure if there is a limit actually :))). Chicken Florentine is an all time standard favourite. Tried the Spicy Pueblo chicken this time, nice! Only moderately spicy. Checkout some photos > My son ordered chicken and waffles he liked it too.

We visited on a Saturday morning. We placed our order and received our drinks. We then waited approx 30 minutes with no food. We asked the server and she informed us it was coming up. It never did. Others tables around us that sat after us had already received their food. The server blamed the kitchen. It was a mess. We left with no food.
