Mexican food made fast. It is fine for a quick bite. Nothing fancy, seems like a Mexican McDonald's.

Great food, super staff at a very reasonable price.

It's kind of a dump, the restrooms are very nasty. Needs a total Remodel. If not just clean the dump up. I will not go here again.

I took my daughter to get dinner a couple of nights ago. If you have kids you know it's difficult when you get to the screen to order because they don't know what they want and they change their mind. I do the same thing. There's a lot of good things on the menu so I took a couple extra minutes reading the menu before I ordered. I said I'm ready to order and nobody was there so I waited a few more minutes and finally I placed my order. I got to the window to purchase my food and was confronted with an extremely rude store manager who was working the window that night. Her name is Elizabeth. I smiled and handed her my money and she push the bag of food at me and told me you took 10 minutes in my drive-thru window and I said excuse me. She repeated herself. Wow, I thought to myself this person is really rude. But I was going to let it go. Before I drove off I took a few extra seconds to put my money in my wallet because she with money in my hand or trying to put it away as I drove. This must have upset Elizabeth that I didn't instantly drive away from her windows so she came to the window again and reminded me 11 minutes and my drive-thru window and slammed the window shut. I finished what I was doing and I looked up and saw her staring at me and I mouth the words kiss my ass. She came to the window and before she could say anything I asked what her name was and I happened to notice her name tag said she was the manager of the store. She said now you've taken 12 minutes at my drive-thru window and I told her kindly that I would be speaking to her manager. When I got home I noticed that I had no utensils or napkins in my bag. I also did not have the cilantro dressing that goes along with the salad that I ordered. I don't know about you but that's one of the things I look forward to is having does cilantro dressing for my salad. The food is good but the service was lousy. I only have 3 places near my house that I can get a quick meals , Jack in the Box, which I cannot stand, Subway, which I'm getting burned out on and El Pollo Loco. I happen to like their food so a lot. Being treated this way is almost enough to make me not want to go back again. I might expect this behavior from 8 Young person working there but from a manager that seemed to be a grown adult? Unexcusable.

Always cold in the restaurant. Food always good. I hate the robotic "welcome".
