Was on our way to Eureka and decided to stop and try this spot out and thank goodness we did!!! FIVE STARS FOR FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone looked so happy not just in front of the customers but in the kitchen as well. Definitely coming back here again and again. Thank you!!

The papusa were great, as you should expect from a papusaria. They were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The cabbage was perfectly crisp and tart. The chips, salsa, and tomato sauce were just okay. Not bad for less than nine bucks.

I love the pupusas rebueltas (mixed carnitas/beans/cheese) and pupusas zucchini/cheese. I've tried the pupusas at several other places, and I like these best - the innards are mixed well, are seasoned well, and the tortillas portion is just slightly silky to the tongue. The cabbage salsa that comes with them is awesome and sometimes has different types of cabbage in it. I've had these in the restaurant and to go, it's great both ways (the paper plate to go sometimes doesn't hold up against the cutting because of the steaming). Sometimes the tomato sauce is mixed in with the cabbage, which works okay. I also like the carne asada street tacos served with radishes and lime wedges.
