This is the second time I’m here, first on my way in, had the orange chicken, but I have tasted better in other places then on my way out I had Beijing meat it tasted great. Service is average. By the way I’m on Terminal 3 Panda, and I’m not sure if there are others.

Not sure why all the 1 star reviews, this Panda is as good as any other Panda I've been to. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. The customer service was fine too! I think their customer service does really well considering the volume of people and attitudes they deal with every day.

I am an employee at the LAX airport and was totally excited when Panda Express came into terminal 8. I always eat the same thing. BOWL with half steam rice half veggies for the side and chicken and mushroom for the entree. The menu even says chose 1 side or half and half. I went tonight to get my same old goodie and was Denied. The "manager " said 2 sides can't be split and that I would have to order the plate size instead of bowl. I told him this is new, I just got it 3 days ago.. he also tried to overcharge my work colleague. I will take my business somewhere else. Goodbye China Express. You can't change the rules over night.

Could be the worst customer service I have ever received. Uninterested staff, a line of 15-20 people took 40m+ to serve (the food is already cooked all they needed to do is serve it). You can imagine the frustration of such slow service when there are 4 extra staff standing at the register chatting while staring at the huge line building up. Then when we get to the register suddenly no one is there, so poorly mismanaged.
