The entire staff at this Burger king is different and like family to me ...they r a special bunch...food there recently is made to order which makes it better now

Service was very good, it took about 5 minutes to get my food. Jeff was very courteous to everyone inside, asked how our food was and went the extra mile to offer to us a refill.

There is one guy working both drive-thru and counter every time, takes a while to order, and this time it made me sick 🤢

Always good for fast food. Service wasn't too bad considering there were 11 customers and about 4 cars in the drive thru. Crew was working pretty hard. Time was noon and it took 18 minutes to get our order. Ketchup dispenser was almost out but we were still able to get some.

While pleasant, it was still my same old opinion of burger king. Very new gal working the register that while still learning, a bit slower than your average bear. I received what I ordered in the end, but there were many reminders throughout my order, and one while they were putting it together of what I actually was trying or actually did order. Once my food was ready, it was given with no napkins, no straw, and no mention of ketchup or sauce. During my order prep an extra kids meal was accidentally made, an incorrect oreo shake was accidentally made all the while my receipt and the only order happening was mine. Disorganized and poor jobs at hiring overall. An overhaul to include addl training needed if this chain wants to keep up and stay around. In the end, got what I needed and food wasn't bad. Just glad I went in and didn't do the drive through. ;)
