My first impression of this restaurant was the slightly more expensive menu. I felt almost as if it was steakhouse pricing for a bar type of atmosphere. The food was decent, but could have been better for the money. Our waitress was great considering I came with a party of 8. I believe they have a happy hour, which probably has a better value for the drinks and select food.

Craftsman is truly “Hand Crafted Comfort”! You will never go wrong with any choice in the menu! The meatloaf was my choice tonight... I didn’t go wrong! Better than my moms, sorry mom! The employees are always delightful. Got to check it out!

Appetizers were delicious and they have an extensive wine list. Atmosphere was inviting. Great place for happy hour or hangout with family and friends.

First off, the food is actually good. The San Diego chicken sandwhich is really good. The downside is the service needs improvement. It took some time to get my drink order first but by that time I knew what I wanted to eat but a little over 10 minutes from sitting to getting my drink order is a little bad. From my experience, if it's a lunch rush you want to have more than 2 servers working to ensure that patrons aren't waiting to order food. My only complaint would be that management needs to address scheduling a little more during lunch rush when people are on a time crunch. Food though is good

Food was good, prices were reasonable, service was good... but very noisy
