Very unhappy with my experience here. Came with a large group. When the waiter went to pick up our menus he dropped one above my head which hit me and scratched my nose with the dirty wire binding. I barely got an apology. Even worse he never took my order. Which he didn't realize until he started bringing the food to our table. He said "I didn't take your order" to which" I replied no you didn't." Obviously since everyone had their food I was not going to start my order. So unprofessional.

Always great food and awesome customer service! Moved to Arizona so now when I visit Moorpark I have to stop and get my Grinder on lol.

Has a sports bar in addition to the traditional restaurant area. Lots of seating. TV's everywhere. Vast menu. Large portions. Mostly better than average food with the occasional disappointing selection. Plenty of parking including accessible spaces next to entrance ramp.

We stopped on the way back from Simi after reading the rating. Idk where these people ate but it was NOT where we did. We wasted two hours here. It took us 20 minutes to get menus, 30 to get silverware. When I saw how big the menu was I had flashbacks to Kitchen Nightmare show and the frozen food galore. So I told my husband let's order an appetizer and see how full we are. We got the sampler appetizer which came with 2 potato skins, a handful of fries, three zuchinni sticks, three chicken nuggets, and three mozzarella sticks.... for 17.00... which would of been great if anything was produced in house but you could tell everything came out of a bag... My husband ignoring my better judgement ordered queso as well... they actually made this... a plate of coagulated grease and chunks of cheese with what we both agree was really great bacon. But again... 8.00 for cheese... The kids meal a hot dog and a 1 ounce container of mac and cheese would have been great if we paid 4.99 for it instead of the 6.99 without a drink. All with the worst service we have had in years. This place needs to figure out what food they want to cook and serve food that actually tastes good. Like seriously the worst place ever. I would of rather had Top Ramen and it wouldnt of cost me $40.00
