We were served quickly and the staff was nice. The good was good too. I'm giving 4 stars because we ordered margaritas and they were so full of ice and we could tell the alcohol was less-come on they charge so much for these cocktails they might as well make it worth it.

We went on 4/13/18 the place wasn't crowded so I thought it would be great place to treat my clients to lunch. First the table was small I had 5 adults with disability. There was a small booth for 2 right across from the table I asked if two of us could sit thereand was denied the request. My I can't leave because I don't want disappoint them. Than the food arrived and the fries and corn on the cob was cold i asked for hot food and fries came back burned. The manager came over and asked how things were when I expressed how I was feeling he smiled said thank you and walked away. Won't be going back here again and be sure that others in our agency know not to visit this location.

I went in to eat late after a ful day T the hospital with my mom. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were undercooked. I have Never returned a meal but since the waitress noticed I wasn't eating them or enjoying my meal, she was awesome and had them removed and brought me chicken instead. Only to take a bite of it and have pieces of fat throughout the taco. The kitchen/cook did an awful job but the waitress was so attentive and thoughtful she did her job, above and beyond. Food was not eatable but her personal service was extraordinary.

Usher said waiting time is 5 minutes but it ended up to 25 minutes. I placed my order right away coz I’m starving and I got my order for another 25 minutes. I got extra bill for the combo meal that I ordered. The app says free desert as your bday and ordered a desert but when I’m paying my bill everything is included. Manager who is not friendly says they only give a scoop of ice cream for bday celebrant. Bday desert doesn’t match with what they give actually. There are additional charges that does not clean in the menu. Unfriendly manager makes it worse given the fact that she saw me the very moment I came in and waiting to be served. Are these folks passed their hospitality class?
