The food is 3 stars and the smoothies are a solid 4.5 but the service is terrible. If you're eating in expect a slow go if it and when paying the bill it's best to walk it to the front yourself or risk getting another person's card back. This has happened twice and this last time it took them 2 times to get our correct bill/card to us. The two other tables we were sitting next to expressed the same issue. It's a shame this place isn't managed better and quite frankly I believe it's their smoothies and tea that keep them in business. It could be a super successful place if only the restaurant part can get it together.

Overall a very trendy place and decent place to hang out. Lots of appetizer-like food options, but none of them are great. Buffalo wontons and popcorn chicken are good go-tos. Milk tea here is pretty good. $5.99 for a 32oz (lots of ice though) and $2.99, for the smaller size. Wait staff is generally pretty unhelpful and seem overwhelmed, as they often forget something.

Downtown Fullerton, you'll often encounter college students here. More activity at night, but went during the late afternoon when it was hardly busy. Servers took forever to get our orders and to give us water. Slow service. Food is nothing special. They do have decent non-alcoholic drinks.

The boba here is good. Not the best, but good enough. I would consider it the standard.
