Went to this place for an inexpensive burger meal. Ordered the $6.99 meal deal with fries or broccoli as side (free flow). Added a root beer float (free flow) for extra $4.99. Burger was nice in every way; size, taste, quality. Steamed broccoli was crunchy. Blended well with burger. Top with the refillable RB float it made the meal very satisfying.

By far I had the best customer service ever. Fred was very attentive and constantly checking in with us, he made sure we got the most for our money as well. The food was great as always but it was truly the customer experience that deserves the 5 stars. Thank you, Fred!

Excellent service, clean dining room, and the best selection of burgers anywhere. Make sure to look at the special burgers that change every so often. A must have as an appetizer- onion rings, oh so crunchy. Look for extra savings, always easy to find a coupon for Res Robin, and...you can find their gift cards on sale from time to time for 20% off. Both together can cut the cost of your meal.in half.

I had a very bad experience right now at this place. I took my family out to have some dinner and although we got seated quickly we actually just left because we sat at the table for about 15 minutes without even being asked if we wanted drinks. To top it off when the waitress finally showed up she went to the table that just arrived 2 minute prior and took their order. I was very upset and we just walked out. I'm still hungry though and that sucks. Bad service or No service?

Great variety of food! Not to great of service, had to ask for more water and bottomless fries. Waitress was too busy texting on her phone. It was 9 pm on a Monday night too. Place was NOT busy at all. Next time I'll ask for the manager.
