So I go there to eat by myself. Love Morton's. Food was great as always. Some kid pulls the fire alarm which was actually funny. What was bizarre was the manager walked around the bar and apologized to everyone but me. Then the bartender offers free drinks to the guys beside me, acting like I am not there. So the service around me was great, but for me very dissapointing. Edit from 2 stars to 5 stars. Called me and invited me back. Table of 5 on Friday night, a discount for an apology, and the usual wonderful service and great food.

Steak was great. Sides were very good. Salad was excellent. Service was very friendly but not particularly attentive. Too long before we got our drinks - 15 minutes. Prices were a bit much for what you get. I know food and beverage costs and mark ups, so I know what you're paying for. I'll come back, but not too often. Other places are as good or better, but it's all a matter of taste.

Very disappointing in customer service. Though our reservation was scheduled at 9:15 pm and we were in the presence of the hostess not once did they had the courtesy to address us by saying your table is being set and we anticipate ? Minutes will be ready. We waited and had to go before the hostess approximately 4 times on the status. We had better service at the bar then at the reception. By the fifth time, and the courtesy of the bartenders Jeff and Austin, we decided to eat at the bar as at that time they still did not keep us posted. Once we informed them that we decided to stay at the bar they were all over us that they have a table. Customer service is the key, and acknowledgements every so often will be recommendable to ensure that the customer is being attended. We were ignored...we finally were seated at the bar tables at 9:45 pm

stopped by for mothers day dinner. Porkchop and chicken Christopher were amazing. But don't expect sides to come with your entree, you have to pay extra for those and share. You can't leave without trying the new York cheesecake
