oh gosh well you all know, or most of you, who I am. I pulled in tonight and waited 15 minutes about to get to the order box in the drive thru. I asked what was the hold up? they didn't answer, I waited another 2 min then they came on again asked again for my order and I asked what the hold up was. Again the went silent and then in about another 2 minutes a "manager" came on, ( young woman I come to find out ) and said I was being rude and could drive out.... Huh? So I said lets just order. She finally after about another minute of ordering took my order. So I got to the window which took about another 5 minutes ( This was really getting ridiculous) and when I got there I asked her name and she said "what did you call me"? and I said "huh" . I know drugs and she was definitely on something, so she then went all bonkers and slammed the window. What the hell? So I left. I will report this to corporate and call the store in the daytime and speak to someone rational. Also I will likely do a story on it (KVMR AND THE UNION among others ) and find out what drugs the female manager was on. VERY STRANGE.......

As far as Taco Bell goes, this one is above par. Burritos are always fat and the service is fast and friendly! ---UPDATE--- The employee that was responsible for the fat burritos was either fired or told to make them smaller. Had to take away a star.

It is very yummy food. The servers are friendly and you can see them make it. This is the place I go for dinner if I do not feel like cooking myself.
