I had the open faced chili burger... awesome delicious! Homemade prime rib chili on a tasty burger with potatoe salad (plenty of other side options)...friendly service.... I would definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area!!!

I found the food in this place enjoyable. I have been in this place several times and always find the service frustrating. On this last occasion I was totally passed up when somebody just came in and sit down. What really kind of angered me was they sit right next to me and got service while I was totally overlooked. It's a shame they just can't seem to pull it together in the service area. I've talked with the owner and I've talked with staff. I would only recommend this place if you have a lot of patience!

Just plain Love it for food service, cleanliness. Down home hospitality. Thank you all at Old Town Cafe.ps. do not pass by blueberry pancakes. A client of mine, Artistic Nail Salon have the big stack, 2 eggs and side of bacon, still leave with more pancakes. NO PLACE BETTER, living her for 43 years. Linda Marcus.

Best Linguica & Eggs North West of the Pecos. I try and eat here every time I'm in Grass Valley. Always the Linguica & eggs, hash browns, toast. This is just what the name says it is - an Old Town Cafe. Plenty of counter service and tables. A "take a seat where you like" kind of place. I've been going here many years and the food has been consistent and the service is always good. They are the oldest continuous restaurant in Grass Valley !
