A nice restaurant in King City if you're coming back from a trip on the Central Coast. We stopped here as a group of 6. Service is a bit slow because there was only one woman working as a server, but the ambiance was nice. I had the Thai Chicken Sandwich with fries. It was satisfying and tasty, but I'm not sure I'd go back considering it was a bit pricey for the area. Seemed to have a good selection of beer and wine, but I did not partake that evening

Very accommodating restaurant. Had a group of 13 people and they took our reservation and we were impressed. Beautiful water pitchers- however please note, they take a while to refill. Pretty expensive food, but you get what you pay for. Everyone loved the seasoning! Fries were a little salty...petite salad doesn't mean small, it means basic. Would've liked to see more flavor in our salads, yet they offered a good variety of complementary dressings. Dessert was amazing- super rich flourless chocolate cake, but the star of the show was definitely the cheesecake! Amazing service overall, with lots of space to accommodate big groups on a Monday night!

Good food, good beer and wine selection, but service is a 1. When you walk in, you hear "welcome to the Cork and Plough". You think, thats cool. You sit down and it can be at least 10 minutes before anyone comes to your table. Order a drink, at least another 15. Sitting at the bar is no better .My wife and i live close and have recently visited 3 times. Each time we have expected things to improve. Just testersday, we were there for a beer and two couples sat at the bar and left after sitting for 10 minutes without so much as being asked anything. One couple moved from a table to the bar hoping to get better service. Not happening. The place lost at least $200. The bartender seems passionate about his job is too slow and seems to have a problem with multi-tasking. The waitresses are nice, but with only one in the place, they have a hard time keeping up especially when bartender is so slow.

Was looking for something different for lunch and found Cork and Plough and was pleasantly surprised! Would highly recommend this restaurant. The fried shrimp tapas were excellent and the chicken wings were an extremely tasty. Not your mainstream chicken wings. Well done!

Wow! I would never have expected to come across a place like this in King City, CA. The drinks are top notch, the layout of the restaurant is chic and the bathrooms are very well kept. The menu is a little eclectic but, that's a great thing in a farm town full of fast food and local Mexican joints. If you're staying in King City or just passing through on the 101 you need to swing by this place for a bite to eat.
