I eat out this iron wire in the soup. I talk to the manager (a lady) but her attitude makes me feel really bad. She just gave me two options - either give me another meal that I order, or gave me the credit (that I spent today) under my name, which can be used for orders in future. she even refused to refund me... she keeps emphasizing she's the new manager and it's the first time she meet such thing. she doesn't care if this wire hurts me or not. I would never come back again.

Always great and has a nice feeling. I would recommend the chicken and if you order the lomo saltado, then ask to not burn it and to leave it more juicy 😊🍗.

I can change this review depending on future visits which it'll happen. I've been going to this location since they opened it. I don't like that everyone doesn't know how to use Samsung pay which makes me comes less because I get points with it. The wait at times is very long. I remember I asked for just a salchipala and it took 13 minutes and it happened twice. That's just a bit too much I'd say. And now 2018. When you dine in, you can't have your bottle of ketchup and green sauce in your table anymore. And I say ANYMORE because you used to have that privilege if you dine in instead of to go. Nowadays, they only give you up to 2 green sauces and ketchup wraps and they don't have Salt other than the one that comes in the plastic wares. However, before they used to give you Salt bags. So in that sense, it gotten worse. But still better prices than other Peruvian restaurants. And appreciate that they do contain and offer veggie versions though. My favorite Peruvian restaurant still is the shack. But I hope that this location gets better.

Good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Walking in is faster than drive-thru.

Food - Great Service - Needs improvement. Express should be removed as it took over half an for a to go order (2 orders of saltados) , which by the way if I had not said something my order would have taken longer.
