Went here because our favorite place to eat Menudo mi Pueblo in Windsor Has the Best Menudo hands down that we could find in Sonoma county only downfall doesn't open until 11am so we decided to give Diana's a 2nd try we ate here two years ago was disappointed then and even more so now Menudo had no taste made with the lowest quality tripe you could buy and gave me a Pata/ foot not even cooked in the Menudo it self the foot is what gives the Menudo the flavor. Guess they don't know that, and it was served to me in a separate bowl and I had to ask where it was after waitress was the one who offered it they took a long time to serve us wouldn't have minded if food was good and worth it but worst menudo I have ever tried to eat pata/ foot hard not even completely cooked they brought the corn tortillas out first on a plate so they were cold by the time Menudo was served could have at least put them in foil to try and keep them warm , staff did not have a warm welcome but as people left waitress went out of her way to try and say good bye as people were half way out the door weird last time I ever go there very disappointed
