I used to love this place until they went to the card system. The nice thing about tokens is you could give the kids a few at a time and they would always come back to your table now you let them loose with a card that either has minutes or points and it's easy for them to lose and it's difficult to keep track of. It's also very hard when you have a large group of people. We had 21 children with us and we had to figure out how to buy each one of them a card and make it work with their menu system and still be affordable. It took us almost an hour to order because it was so hard to figure out. The old system I just would have ordered a couple hundred tokens and split them up. Not a fan. Not sure if I'll be back. We did spend approximately $400.

This is the most FILTHY establishment I have EVER stepped foot in! Absolutely HORRID! I complained and the staff got ignorant and rude with me.... as if to say how dare I complain that every table was littered with trash, the floors had spilled soft drinks (cup, ice, soda and all!) just being kicked around by the kids. One staff said he couldn't leave the front to clean up the dirty toilet paper from the bathroom that was on the floor by a table yet I saw him 2 minutes later on the other side of the place checking someone's card balance. The salad bar was grotesque with the lettuce sitting in 6 inches of dirty water. From the look of the filth that you can see, I am 100% positive that the games don't get wiped down. And the floors have NEVER been steam cleaned. This place needs to be shut down. I will NEVER come back here again!

Customer service 0, pizza was not served in a timely manner we were hungry and weren't offered something while waiting over an hour for pizza, poor management skills.

So much has changed since I was there last. They are now using a game card system now instead of the tokens and they no longer have the ball pit. The ball pit was the best part.
