This is my first time at this Cheesecake Factory. I've only visited the one in San Francisco. Had an afternoon work lunch with some friends. I parked in the free parking garage directly across the street it's like a two or three minute walk to the restaurant. There's absolutely no street parking so be prepared to either Park in a free or paid parking lot. The wait staff was very nice. We had a my size group of about 10 ladies. We waited in the bar until see what's available and then move to a table. Food was good, portion sizes were good and the drinks were good. My only complaint is the seating areas are kind of cramped. Especially when you have a larger group it's not a lot of room to stay out of the aisle. Because of that we got bumped into quite a bit. Other than that good experience. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. And of course... I left with a slice of cheesecake! I would definitely visit again.

The food was delicious but the wait staff was amazing. They put up with our rowdy party and they were polite through the entire experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Tried the grilled stale medallions and chicken avocado club sandwich. Both entrees were good, red velvet cheesecake desert was good too. Service was good too. Recommended.

Amazing place to get some real good breads! Tons of cheesecakes selection, quick takeaway process. Sometime there’s a wait/queue but they got a decent waiting lounge indoor and outdoor. Easy parking behind the building, valet available for $10. Service was okay, depends on the waiter. Sometime we got a fantastic server, but we got an average one on our last visit!

We waited 15-20 minutes to be seated when the place was empty and the hostess said it would only be a 5 minute wait. We left after waiting 35 minutes with no order taken. The waiter was nice for the brief time we saw him.
