Absolutely the best sushi you can get for miles. Fresh, delicious, top notch quality! Shaun is an excellent owner and chef, and I am still VERY impressed he remembers my name, AND my mom's and friend's name! He's a great guy, as is Julie, they're a great team running a one of a kind establishment with the best quality sushi and Japanese cuisine you'll find for miles. They are higher in price than most places, but not by much! Spend a little extra to get SO much more than you expect from your sushi! Once you've eaten at Amici, you'll taste how much more goes into the ingredients and craft of the food on your plate. For raw fish lovers, I highly recommend the Chirashi, it's a perfect way to sample just about all that they have!

The staff is personable and professional. The food is top tier with an emphasis on truly Californian flavor profiles. And they won't break your bank account to get 3 or 4 items in one sit down. The atmosphere is minimalist but welcoming. A great choice for lunch, early or late dinner!

I wish I knew where to start. My wife and I stopped by this great little place for lunch. We are on a business trip so we had no idea what to expect. Our waiter was fantastic and answered questions about the menu and warned us about any allergies. Everything was so fresh and the best mid-day meal in a long time. I really want to compliment the managers and staff. If I lived in Stockton I would be a regular. So come on by and give it a try. Our waiter's name was Shawn come say Hi

Ever want to head to the bay area for good sushi but don't like the drive? Then don't! Head over to Amici's where you will get good food, drinks, in a modern atmosphere. Did I mention they have a lounge - so invite friends to chill with their many cocktails, appetizers and food offerings. Take a shot of Sake to start!

This place is a hidden gem! I definitely did not expect such a beautiful dining experience in Lathrop. The restaurant decor is lovely and all the big windows allow for loads of natural light. The rolls I selected were gorgeous to look at and the taste was very fresh. I'm going to try some different rolls and see if I can bump this up to a 5 star. Probably my bad as I should have asked for a recommendation as it was my first time there.
