Great place! Great staff! Great food! The cafe was clean and had a good beach vibe to it. the service was self seating and fast. I had the hot pastrami sandwich with split pea soup and the wife had the quiche of the day. They were both tasty and well made. Our waitress was very kind and would come by the table for small talk and to fill our beverages. For dessert I had the cinnamon blueberry pie and it was the best pie of this kind I had in a very long time. I'll definitely come back and I may make a weekly pie slice run there. I want to try all there flavours! Awesome gem here in Lompoc, go check it out for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

Food was good. Not very professional service though. As expensive as the place is, you would think they would give a military discount or even have the ability to substitute sides that you either don't like it are allergic to. When my wife used the restroom, she said it was disgusting. I went in to wash my hands after dinner and they just cleaned it. So it smelled strong of bleach. We have been to less expensive restaurants with better service and just as good food. My wife was very disappointed. The best thing was the food. But they really need more flexibility on options of the food. I was expecting a bit more from what I've heard about the place. I was more pleased with our visit than my wife was. A bit on the expensive side.

Serving food with insult We were a group of 10+ party. Went for lunch. Waitress who explained desserts options( not listed in menu ) on other side of table came on our side and of course we missed it during the conversation with friends. We asked what’s in dessert ? And she gave face like she was doing favor to repeat that and we should have never asked. This was not enough and just prior to that when I asked a coffee and she was bluntly rude with reply "let me finish my orders first” ... I wish i would have captured her face with that statement and this whole review would have better captured in that moment. Point is very unwelcoming ....NOT RECOMMENDED.
