Good cantonese food has become harder to find. The style of Chinese food commonly found shifts as more migrants arrive from different parts of China. In the past they arrive from the south, i.e. Guangzhou or Canton. Then they arrive from Taiwan, and now from the many disparate regions of China. Cantonese food has become less common because fewer people now arrive from the South. But Cooking Papa keeps the Cantonese tradition going, with an emphasis on lightly sauced sauteed vegetables, lots of fresh seafood and dim sum (the hallmark of Cantonese brunch dining). They serve dimsum all day though. Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Love most dishes here. Clean and comfortable dining place with a big parking lot. The only issues here is that some dishes are very Hong Kong/Guangdong style - means almost no vegetable inside.

It's a good Cantonese/Hong Kong restaurant for everyday dining. Remember to ask the waiter for today's special seafood, they usually have daily special like lobster noodle, live fish, etc.

Good experience for the whole family. The food is more American Chinese than authentic Cantonese but my kids liked it and was quite tasty.

I tried to call to make an order. They intentionally hand up on me because I asked them what vegetable do they have this season. I called about 10 times after that and no one answered. Then I came physically and the receptionist was right there. In her own word: I don’t answer, go check the menu first. Okay, you the boss.
