This place is super good. The first time I went here it was so delicious that I went back again the next week. The sauce is amazing. Tastes like real Italian sauce (and I would know because I am Italian). Would really recommend both pizza and pasta (they are both my favorites). Great service too! Not ever a long wait that I have been in. Can’t say a bad thing about Centonove!!!

Very good beet salad and my fungi pizza was well cooked, but too much cheese. Excellent wine list. Very good staff and nice space. Tight seating, but that is fine.

Excellent food. Good service. Small restaurant so reservations a must (at least on Friday nights). Have tried changing reservations day of and has not been possible. Gluten free pasta and pizza crust are both vegan! Love it!!

Always a bad sign when they ask as you enter, "Do you have a reservation?" This to the four of us that just got into Los Gatos from out of town and were looking for some good eats. They were able to seat us immediately without a fuss. What a cool-looking restaurant. Good feel to being there. Our table rocked a bunch, but we just put someone's elbows on the table. The four of us all enjoyed our meals. I had the Penne and Wild Boar. It was really good. Everything was rich and tasty. A guy sitting next to us ordered a pizza all to himself, and although he only finished maybe an eighth of it, it looked and smelled delicious. I would say this is a great spot to go, but maybe make sure you set a reservation, just in case.
