Great food poor service. Wanted to order carry out but it's too loud to hear, took at least 5 min to get it right. Then they told me I have to be there in 10 minutes because they aren't responsible for it getting cold. They can't have it ready in 20 or 30 for me I had to call back when I was 10 minutes away. I get there an the cashiers aren't doing much and the guy says it'll be a few mins. Then I get the one who took the order great! I'm polite say thank you and she leaves my food all exposed so it would get cold and never says thank you! Never again!

Bad service and the Manager Marlin or whatever his name is was RUDE and I don’t recommend going there!! He left my food sitting on the counter until i had to ask another employee about my order and then he tells her “just give her the bag” I will definitely be complaining! After my complaint the head Supervisor contacted me not just by email but directly on my phone and apologized for his manager behavior and I really did appreciate that along with him making sure it doesn’t happen again..... Great Customer Service is ALWAYS Key! Thank you Fernando! You are a great Supervisor! Now i will be back.

The dude that was in charge of seating was really rude, it actually influenced my perception on how the restaurant worked if I’m being honest. (Says a lot about the place as a whole) The environment was very chaotic, was difficult to understand what our waiter was trying to tell us. (The trap music for a family friendly restaurant was hilarious though lol). The sanitation was pretty gross (they put a paper sheet on the table to quickly wrap up the trash after customers are finished) but they weren’t cleaning down the tables, just paper sheets after paper sheets. Also forget to bring us the utilities to eat our crab. We were eating our crab with tooth and nails, literally lmfao. The food was alright, not worth the $$. We spend around 90$ for 4 drinks and a combo ( 1 dungeoness crab, 1lb of shrimp, &1lb of mussel in a literal plastic bag of garlic and butter ). Honestly, I wouldn’t even have minded the price if the staff was friendlier. Wish the people in charge would see their employees behavior cause that makes it or breaks it for the buyer. Final analysis though, crappy service for overpriced food. 😒

Pretty good spot, just wish you can place an order over the phone and just go pick it up. Other then that it's very good.

Ya everyone is raving about the seafood bag. how about the regular less fancy dishes? well they aren't too shabby either. The Cajun tilapia i had great spice but not overpowering. the kickn wings are crunchy, mildly spiced and filling.
