Today Calvin & I had breakfast here and had a very pleasant experience while we were there! The employees were very nice and courteous! Please go by and share this place for yourself! Food is always good too! We eat there a lot!

My name is Justin Yang and my order number was 91 l. I had six orders of the two whoopers for 6$ dollars. That is twelve whoopers total. I wanted heavy everything and on two of them I wanted no onions and tomatoes. Instead I got ALL of them no onions and tomatoes and none of them were heavy. Prior to that my cousin was waiting to use the restroom and we didn't get any attendance. When we did that employee told us to asked the cashier to use the restroom. It would of been nice to tell us sorry that he's not on schedule. It would nice and take a few seconds to give us a token to use the restroom. Just need better service and communication.

The service is great. You can count on clean and prompt service and not to mention the great deals they have on an everyday basis.

I received an e-gift card and thought I would use it. I went to this burger king and when I was at the drive through window the girl told me she didn't know how to input it into the pos system. She then told me she would get her manager to help. Once her manager saw it she said," sorry we cannot take the gift card, we just had our system upgraded and it does not allow us to manually enter gift cards. I just drove off and called burger king to see if that was true. I asked the female on the phone and she told me, "it can be done but some of the workers don't know how to do it yet, but the manager does." I told her I had spoken to the manager and she said their new system did not allow it. She replied, " then they must be lazy."

The only problem I've encountered in this restaurant is the need to use a coin to open the bathroom. When someone comes out of the restroom they need to close the door completely then insert the coin to open the door. If you don't close the door, the next person with a coin can open your door and the picture will not be nice. My concern is when CHILDREN don't get a coin and wait outside of the restroom and go in without a coin then somebody else opens the door then the CHILDREN are being put in a DANGEROUS situation. I was seating facing the restroom and saw this happened twice. It would be better to hand out a key. Other than that the employees are very friendly. I will remove my post when this has been dealt with.
