First Visit. We made a reservation and were glad we did as they were quoting 45 minute wait time when we arrived at 6pm on a Thursday. Parking was also little rough. Fairly boisterous atmosphere filled with a variety of tables, both large and small. Lots of families with kids. Food was great. Wife had a burger and I had hot pastrami sandwich. Pastrami was lean and both were delicious. The house mustard is superb...with a splash of horseradish. Fries were great-steak fry size, crisp on outside and lightly seasoned. Salad was better than expected for a burger joint.

A very great restaurant. Their burgers and shakes were a little heavy, but besides that it was great. The atmosphere is great, a relaxed diner. I would come here just to eat this again.

Amazing! I love this place so much! I can't come to mammoth without eating here! The waiters are so nice and quick at serving you food. It doesn't matter if the place is packed or empty, your food will always arrive extremely quickly. The bathrooms are clean and they have won many awards for their food! In all, I think they have the best burgers in all of Mammoth!

I’m confused by the rave reviews. I had a broiled half chicken that was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. There wasn’t any seasoning to be found. The vegetables were rubbery because they had been frozen. And the “garlic” bread was tasteless with no hint of garlic. The only decent part was the salad. My husband had a sourdough patty melt and he couldn’t finish it because it was too soggy from too much butter/oil. The service, however, was friendly and fast. The restroom was also very clean. I may go back to try something else.

Not a bad burger.. Had the quarter pound cheeseburger and added grilled onions. The patty was a bit crunchy/burnt on the outside and it was messy to eat (onions and cheese oozed out the bottom). Fries were good though. Service was also good, drinks were never empty and they were attentive to our table. I’d give it another chance to try the burger again. Also - there are desserts that are not on the menu, so be sure to ask about those. On way out to go to car, saw them listed on a chalkboard and was bummed we didn’t know. I would’ve given the carrot cake a try.
