The food is ok, I ordered the steak and it was too greasy and I just couldn't eat it. It was the first time I ordered something other then the fajitas which I love. the service is good. it's a family friendly restaurant.

The building itself was completely remodeled a few years back, and it turned out extremely well. It definitely improved the overall atmosphere, and you no longer need to worry about hitting your head on big upside iron cauldrons they used for lighting asst their booths. That's a big plus. But I have to admit that when they transitioned to using a convection oven to cook all of their food, and got rid of the perfectly fine grill they had been using since the beginning. Their takeout is usually pretty quick as well, occasionally it can also take forever. Overall, a nice family restaurant that could use a few improvements cooking their meats, but has a large menu with many convection oven free options too!

I got some weird waffle chicken things. Don't make my mistake. Also they charge two dollars to play games so that was a fat L. And my waiter refused to say "Hi welcome to Chili's" so overall a great experience 10/10.

Great food. Had the BBQ ribs, and they were fantastic. I even made them special ordered, and the kitchen did a perfect job. Kyle was our server. He has a terrific attitude, is friendly and has a sense of humor. We had a wonderful evening. Thanks to the whole team.

Usually a good place to eat, they were having their problems the night we went. Service was slow. I ordered fajitas and was told "Be careful, it's hot". I bumped the cast iron skillet and it was so hot it caused a blister. I've eaten lots of fajitas on hot plates but have never received a second degree burn before. That probably explains why part of the food was literally charcoal. While I will eat there again and give them a second chance, they will definitely have to do better than the meal I received that night.
