I don't know what happened to this place, but it's very disappointing. The staff has always been very friendly. The food has always been very fresh and their servings are very generous. Everything here just seemed perfect. It use to be our favorite. However, recently, they've been out of food multiple times. I use to come here after work at least once ever other week, however, after trying several times to order without success, I simply don't want to waste my time anymore. Apparently, though the staff is obviously trying their best, corporate doesn't care about their customers. It seems that their food shortage is due to corporate NOT promptly approving the necessary budget. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Zero stars if I could. Seriously the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The wait to get your food is beyond ridiculous. During peak hours and not, seriously at least a 20 minute wait on top on always getting the wrong food, or missing items. The regional manager either doesn't care about this filthy location or is just a fool. People need to be reprimanded & replaced here. Not to mention when I was there to get my replacement order & waiting 20 minutes, the fork up front straight up ignored & told customers that they weren't taking any more orders because "they were busy" Hire staff from McDonald's. At least they're fast.

I've been coming here for several months. It's usually good, depending on who's working there. About 5 days ago there was a mixed Hispanic woman. She didn't seem too friendly. She got my order wrong twice. And the food tasted like garbage. Gave me a slight stomach ache. And dry mouth. It's just poorly runned. At night atleast. During the day i don't know..

For the price the food tast and amount is not bad. Just take a long time to get the Food. When I visited, Only two people was working; one server for indoor order and drive-through order, another person for cooking. Drink area was not clean. Few weeks ago, at this parking lot my friend was robbed of car. It was saturday day time. Feel like not safty to visit this place. I know my friend was just unlucky, but after that accident I`m not visit this place anymore.
