This place is gold! Great server. Very attentive and welcoming. Very patient with any queries about menu. Made our meal very enjoyable. Food was amazing. Portions are just right. Prices are not that bad too. They are perfect. I will keep on coming back for more. Gosh. It's a cool and nice place!.

Norm's is a popular, modestly priced family restaurant found in only in SoCal. It is known for its breakfasts but has a decent lunch and dinner menu. Most non-pasta dinners include soup and salad, a rarity. If you want a bit less try the Soup, Salad and Dessert for about $7. Their potato leek soup was the best, if they still serve it. My wife enjoys the fried shrimp, if you like such things. They've gotten away from mixed veggies with their entrees and have instead opted for sliced squash. I usually request steamed brocolli and they are happy to accommodate. Norm's is a good place for dessert too. Stay with the ice cream or the tasty hot fudge sundaes. Can get busy on Sunday's and holidays.

This is by far the worst NORMS, i have been to. The manager and staff must be required to work some time at the Anaheim and Costa Mesa branch to understand what a mediocre work they are and have been doing. It took them more than fifteen minutes to take our order and another fifteen to realize that our order was delayed. I asked for their Signature T-bone. and I got one egg and an overcook stake with burned sour bread. Really!! if the waiter notice the breads were burn, what make her think i will eat it. of course, i will ask to replace them. Does the people who eat here put out with such a horrible customer service ? i was just passing by today, but i will rather accept TRUMP as my LORD and Savior before i eat at this branch again. I hope the LORD have mercy in their souls for putting the Norms branch to the floor.

The NORMS Restaurant in Santa Ana, California is the best Norms in all of SoCal. I've been to almost all their locations across SoCal but I always keep coming back to its Santa Ana location. The difference is the staff, always polite, never a dull moment, Most importantly it's their attitude, always honest people. Definitely my favorite spot.

This Norms is the worst branch ever, no customer service at all. I was there , late sitting although there were too many seats however one person is host , server, and cashier. They sold T-Bone steak instead Porter House steak. I asked for juicy they brought born. Manager is one old oriental lady barley can speak or understand english . I’m sorry USA, some people are destroying you.😪😪😪😪
