This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Springs. Simple, elegant, comfortable atmosphere. The cocktails are clever, unique and taste fantastic. The food is divine, the combinations are brilliant. I have never had a bad dish here. Everything I have ever had at Johannes has been spectacular! The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Definitely dine at Johannes, you will not be disappointed! I have gotten in without reservations, but I recommend reservations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

I was born in Prague. We were seated in a corner of the place which had several street signs in Czech. Memories. Oh! and yes the veal was terrific. Next time we are back to P S we will return. I wonder if I could get a larger portion? Ooops. Being a glutton again, sorry. It was THAT good. To your health!

Get ready for a great meal at a real restaurant. Every component was amazing and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Austrian cuisine at it's finest that presents schnitzel of a wide variety of meats to quite a gourmet level. Wine list is superb and so is the cocktail menu. If you only have one choice of a restaurant in Palm Springs pick this one.

Outstanding food, especially a full range of schnitzel including real Wiener Schnitzel, Wiener Schnitzel Art - a big distinction. Wonderful atmosphere, impeccable service and outstanding culinary delights. A perfect place to celebrate a special night.
