Ordered at the bar, it's decently sized place. The counter is a burger place with the option to build your own burger with beef, chicken or bison meat. There are hundreds of different combinations you can make based on veggies, cheese, bread and sauce. Can't go wrong trying whatever looks good. They also have milk shakes and alcoholic shakes. The fries are pretty decent and they also have a veggie patty which I heard is delicious

My husband and two kids, ages 3 and 6, went to enjoy a nice hamburger. Well the kids meals came out a good twenty minutes before the adults. The kids were already done eating and we had to get ours to go. When I went to discuss my concerns with the manager he basically thought I was just after a free meal and would not even listen to my thoughts. He gave me our meal free and brushed us out of there. I was not looking for a free meal, I was only after some constructive criticism and figured I was paying $50 for my food and would like to have eaten it warm and with my family. How hard is it to have the meals come out semi close together? Anyone with kids knows how hard it is to dine out without being an embarrassment. I will not be going again!

A great place for a sit down burger meal. The menu is great with a lot of great burgers as well as the counters signature "make your own burger" menu. Large selection of buns, beef, toppings and cheese. Sliders are great and they serve condiments. They also have shakes and soda floats. Their shakes are like their burger menu - make you own. There are a selection of around 16 ingredients that you can mix to your own liking. Not too thick but still very tasty. The Patty is seared very nice and the buns taste like Hawaiian rolls (although you can always go for the pretzel bun). Great mid day or late night eat with any party.

Had a fun family birthday here. Everything was excellent. I had an Impossible Burger and some various fries for our party. Can't wait to return.

Service and food are in love with other Counter locations. Good food and generally good service (but that's heavily dependent on how busy they are at the time. If not familiar with the Counter, you can get a burger pretty much any way you want it. As a fan of rare (think: purple) beef, I appreciate that they are willing to cook it to my request.
