The service was fantastic! You can definitely tell that it is a family business. The food was only so so in my book. The potato pancakes had too much garlic for my taste and the papriska chicken was very dry despite being covered in sauce.

Nice, cozy, restaurant with great food, pleasant staff and owner. I had a dinner sized Jagerschnitzel which came with two schnitzels, choice of pork or chicken, but was offered one of each and that's what I had. Very good. We also had one order of beef goulash, also very tasty. We also had wine and beer. We will return.

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon Taste of Europe while we were looking for a place to eat on our way back from Apple Hill. While the place may not look like much, it is a must visit if you enjoy traditional Eastern European cuisine. I had the pork shank with cabbage and spaetzle which was super tender, flavorful, and could have fed 2 people. My girlfriend had the pork schnitzel which was also very good. I studied abroad in Prague for 6 months and this food was on par with the best I'd had while over there. They also have a number of Czech and German beers on tap which completes the package! The day we visited there was only one server working the whole restaurant, but despite having numerous tables the service was still top notch. He was incredibly friendly and attentive but not overly so. Next time I'm in the area I will be returning for sure.
