Valentine's day visit. Sat at the bar. Pleasent staff. Speed of service very good considering the busy day. Food well presented and fresh. Rice was good, although I prefer a black rice option. Also had Saba and it was fresh and properly prepared. This is an item that is often done poorly. I will visit here again

3 star on food, 2 star on cleanliness. Sushi was great. I loved it! The jalapeño bombers are 5 stars! However, the rice that came with the chicken teriyaki was hard. It didn't seem freshly cooked. It seemed like it was cooked the day before and microwaved on the day that we ordered it. We were seated next to the glass window. Window was very dirty. The floor was dirty and sticky. That place need deep cleaning.

I would give a "zero" stars if I could. My daughters and I went to Soho sushi to celebrate mother's day. We ordered miso soups, sushi, sashimi and a bento box. As soon as we got home, I started having diarrhea that lasted for 2 days. Same thing with my daughters. Today it's been the third day and I'm still having headache, stomach pain, and haven't been able to eat anything. My daughters missed school because they were to sick to go. So, from now on, we won't step into this place that wants to call itself a restaurant , but that should be called a "food poisoning" restaurant.

MUST go to happy hour! 2 sake bombs, 4 rolls, and an appetizer for $25! Can't be beat. And the quality of fish was good too! Soft, and not fishy :)

Best sushi restaurant in Rancho Cordova! I recommend the baked salmon roll & the deep fried roll with siracha sauce!
