My hubby and I enjoyed this place. We loved all the staff and owners...Heather, Cameron, Marissa! They made us feel welcome. We were just visiting the area. Looking forward to seeing everyone next time we're in town. They pour a great drink and have an excellent shrimp cocktail.

The staff was nice. Food good and reasonably priced. Decor was true to a older post office too. Other clientele was friendly and very diverse. An all around good time.

This was my first time at the Post Office Saloon and was excited to check it out. The restaurant was very clean and the decor was well designed and comfortable. Our waitress was friendly to a point but since I usually go to restaurants shortly after the lunch or dinner rush (one of the advantages of being retired) she seemed to be ready to go home. I ordered a Bloody Mary and asked if the steak sandwich was a good choice. She said that it was popular and that "everyone loved it." The drink was very good, I would give it an 8/10. The mix was thick and just a little bit spicy, the vodka (house brand) was in balance to the mix and the drink was well dressed with pickled asparagus, olives, lime and lemon slices. I was charged $7.50 for it which is about right. The steak sandwich was another story. I had requested it be cooked to medium rare but when I saw how thin it was I was surprised that they even bothered asking me how I wanted it cooked. Seriously, the fries were thicker than the steak! It was well seasoned and was served opened-face with onions and mushrooms but my first three bites were all fat. The rest of it was tough and over cooked. I only ate half of it and when the waitress dropped of the check she asked if I wanted a box for the rest of the sandwich. I told her politely that I really didn't care for it. She replied, "Oh well" and left. For $16 I expected better. I will not be hurrying back to the Post Office.

Love the remodel. Still has the feel of the old place, but upgraded. Had to order food you go, they were super quick, and accommodating. The bartender came over just to say hi. Everyone was very nice. Food was great!

Friendly fast service, always made sure my drink was full (when you're drinking soda at a bar that is nice) and accommodated my special request food order.
