They are a little slow getting orders out which usually has a couple people standing around waiting for their food, some rather impatient. My last visit the fries were soggy and semi warm. Always a winner is the Mississippi Mud Pie dessert!

Very terrible service! Crews, crew trainers and managers aren’t trained well enough. Employees giving attitude to newbies and yelling at them. Yelling them doesn’t help them get better. Service is very slow. And sometimes the people there mess up orders. You guys should really train your employees better and train them to read their order back to the costumers. Also to the girl who was working on the evenings on Monday or Tuesday of this week. I believe April 16. Who ever she is she needs to make sure she has all the correct orders before she hands out the bag to the drive thru person to give it to us. Instead of blaming the guy who’s on drive. Blame yourself. I believe Popeyes on Hatch is way better than coffee. Employees there are friendly, perfecional, and they know what their doing.

We ordered a 5 strip box & a 3 piece combo, both spicy. None of it was spicy!!!! Very bad!!!! We depend on the bus so I ordered 2 SPICY tenders of 5 tenders each. We got home and again, wrong order, none of it was spicy!!!!!!! Come on, I want SPICY! Other than that the employees were great (except their hearing). We will go back.
