Skool is one of our favorite places to go for a week night dinner or weekend lunch. The menu has changed over the years but my go-to favorite is the burger and fries. I also recommend ordering some of their small plates or checking out their daily specials. The food and dish presentation is phenomenal for a casual dining spot. This place is literally a Midtown gem.

Food is great buy portions are somewhat small. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Good location but parking could be a challenge. Decor is makes you ate in a seaside Japanese fishing village. I recommend the mushroom fries.

Service is always so wonderful here, and I love the vibe of the place. Food is always spot on, and while they may not have a full liquor license, the special cocktails are truly delicious, and beautifully presented. It’s a great spot in the middle of Midtown to check out, have some oysters, enjoy Japanese fusion food, and relax.

Everything was amazing and they have my fave beer, belching beaver peanut butter stout.

Love the atmosphere. Great service. However, we came in on a weekday at 430pm so I don't know when it is during a rush.
