Very flavorful and affordable bowl of noodles. Got the Chef special gizzard one. They offer 1-5 level of spice with 5 being the spiciest. 3 for me had the perfect kick. The meat was relatively tender and chewy too. The noodles are a bit salty after eating around half of it but still delicious never the less and its not too bad since there are other savory flavors that come in to play. I also enjoy that they give you unlimited sweet mung bean drink which complements the noodles and helps with the spice.

If you like spicy this is the place for you. Order any of their spicy wontons or dumplings and get ready for some flavor kick in the mouth which starts off sweet quickly by the spicy chili oil and then followed by savory finish of the meat. Such a great combination. The noodles are great too with the same ma la which is the Chinese tingling style spicy which has the sweetness before hand. And they balance the heat with some cool mung bean water which will help. You can always ask for water too if you need. definitely have to know how much spicy you can handle before trying to go max.

Affordable noodle bowls, served fresh. I got the the mixed chicken gizzard noodle bowl and it was well-seasoned and topped with chewy pieces of chicken innards. The complimentary mung bean water is a good complement to this restaurant's spicy offerings. However, it seems like you might have to get lucky if you want the special mugs they serve in, since it seems like the mugs are in short supply.

If you love spicy noodle this is the right place for you. You can choose from regular .mild or hot hot spicy noodle . They also offer green bean soup for you to ease the spicy in your mouth .

Prices of noodle bowls are about $8-9 traditional spicy beef noodle soup choices to more unconventional options. Complimentary pickled/fermented cabbage which I love. It has a unique green peppercorn spice which gives it a pepperminty-licoricey aftertaste. Might not be for everyone but I love it. 1 less star for portion sizes varying each time I go there? (Or is this just me)
