Came here for a friend's surprise birthday party. Staff was friendly and the food was TOP NOTCH. I should have taken a picture of the free ice cream... Soooo good! Prices were pretty good too. Most dishes were around $15 and that includes salad or soup and the dessert :) They also validate for parking across the street. Highly recommend.

My friends and I came here for dinner on a Tuesday night around 8pm and it was still pretty busy. However, the waiting area was really decorative. The decor inside was amazing and they have seating inside a train car which was interesting! We shared an amazingly seasoned garlic fry order and I ordered the garlic shrimp pasta. It was the best pasta I have ever eaten. The order came with a salad or soup, the entree and a scoop of ice cream!

I am only giving this place 2 stars because we had a good server otherwise it would have been 1. First off they really need to build an accessible ramp entrance in the front or side of the building. They can't have their disabled patrons going through some dark back alley parking lot around the block. As far as the food it was horrible. Dry, salty and over heated. I had the spinach ravioli that tasted like a frozen cheap product. They do serve little loaves of bread on a cutting board. We had to resort to tearing it because the knives were so dull. One person in our party had the steak which tasted old. It was also over cooked. The only decent items on the menu are the soups side salad and spumoni (ice cream). I suppose if you like cheap badly prepared food you wouldn't mind. Just because this place has been there forever doesn't make it good. Save your money. There much better options in the surrounding area.

We had a large group of 22 people and gave us 1 server! (Made the reservations 2 months in advance). Everything took 10x longer than it should of. Orders, drinks, soups/salad, no bread refills, and finally dinner. Our family eats at the Spaghetti Factory 2-3 times a month but this last experience was horrible. Where was management to help their server out?! The bar was having a really hard time too and got numerous drink orders wrong, then argued and said it wasn't wrong. . . Got a long island when we ordered a Moscow mule??? The food was still very good or I would of rated this location 1 start, my issue was the service. Mainly the management. Absolutely zero support for our poor overwhelmed waitress.

This place is great for large groups on a schedule. However, despite the amazing Decor the food is just blah. It's not bad but it's also not good. I would not go here for date night or for a family meal, but it is very acceptable for groups. And I say acceptable because there was a very limited menu and nothing on it was special, but no one left hungry.
