Maybe the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The food was out of this world delicious, the service was a 100 out of 100. We never had to ask for anything and the server and sommelier were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Pausa enough. This is without a doubt a 5 Star restaurant, yet prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service. My fiance and I can't stop talking about our dinner and are already dying to go back for another meal! I recommend making a reservation.

Wonderful food, attentive service. Our large group got a variety of starters, pizzas, and entrees, and it was all delicious. Wood-fired pizza, house-made pasta. Open kitchen is fun to watch. Prices are very reasonable. Only ding is that it gets pretty loud, and hard to hear everyone at the table.

Food is very good, but the restaurant is extremely loud, especially with the happy hour groups that come after work. Bring a big group with you and sample as many cured meats and cheeses as you can. Their veal chop was outstanding, pizza was fine. Their pastas are also great. Basically, you can't go wrong here with the food, but prepare yourself for a loud evening.

Amazing meal last night at Pausa. Traditional Italian favorites with a new and exciting flare. We pretty much ordered everything and there wasn’t much to be upset about. Highlights were the truffle honey, pork chop, veal chop, pork belly, and almond cake. Avoid the bone marrow with tuna heart 🤢... service was awesome and the vibe was spot on.

I don't really eat Italian food unless it's GOOD Italian food, and this definitely qualified! I had the salmon pate as an appetizer and the duck as an entree, and both were fantastic. The server was super knowledgeable and sort of doubled as a somalier. It is pretty pricey but it's worth it. There's a family table where you can eat with other people if you have a small party too. Overall, a great place!
